Top of Page A PRAYER FOR AMERICA For many prophecy watchers the role that the American nation plays during the days of the end of the Church Age is not clear, due to the fact that the American nation does not seem to play a significant prophetic role during the events that lead to the return of Christ. Some believe that America’s status as a major world power will be so greatly diminished by the time that Jesus returns to set up the Kingdom Age, that it is not worth mentioning in the prophetic scenario. I take a different view, there are three different entities or dispensations that are clearly marked for closure before the Lord physically lands on the earth to set up His one thousand year reign called The Kingdom Age. These three entities are: The Church represented today (remember that I am dealing here with nations not individuals) mainly by the western nations that have as their foundation Judeo-Christian principles and/or values, The Law represented by the nation of Israel, and what the Bible prophetically calls The Kingdoms of this World whose representation today comes from the United Nations. The 20th century witnessed a rise of anti-Semitism in many western cultures along with the rejection of the Judeo-Christian values they had inherited. A vacuum occurred that led many in those western cultures to turn to eastern philosophies and isms, but eventually it was secular humanism and its embracing of anything and everything but God that prevailed. In today’s culture if you are a firm believer of biblical principles and moral traditions you are regarded as a right-wing nut. Prophetically speaking the turning of the western European nations back to their pagan roots is part of God’s prophetic plan, for it is out of these western European nations that the revived Roman empire rises out of and eventually give all of their power to the head of the United Nations at that time who will be the anti-Christ. But I do not believe that to be the case for our beloved America. For there are no pagan roots for America to turn back to. Acts 16:6-10 “Paul and his companions traveled throughout the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been kept by the Holy Spirit from preaching the word in the province of Asia (to the east). When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to enter Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus would not allow then to. So, they passed by Mysia and went down to Troas. During the night Paul had a vision of a man of Macedonia (west of them) standing and begging him, ‘come over to Macedonia and help us.’ After Paul had seen the vision, we got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them.” italics mine Here we see a clear effort by the Holy Spirit and by the Spirit of Jesus preventing Paul and his fellow workers from proclaiming the Gospel to the nations of the east. It is not that God did not want His Gospel to go to the nations of the east, for the Gospel of the kingdom was to be proclaimed to the whole world, but rather Paul’s anointing for this specific missionary trip was that of nation building, future nations, including those of the new world yet to be discovered. When Christopher Columbus and the Spanish conquistadores discovered a new land, they did so and offered it as a price to the nation that they represented, Spain, and the values that their nation embraced not limited to their Christian beliefs, but also including their pagan roots, these were introduced into the newly formed nations of the new world, not just by the Spaniards, but so did the many other nations that conquered land in the new world. However, the pilgrims that eventually became the thirteen colonies that would eventually formed today’s American nation, did not come to the new world to conquer on behalf of the nations they left behind, but rather as pilgrims looking for a new land that was not contaminated with the paganism that their Christian faith had succumbed to in the old world. It was the quest for freedom, religious freedom, that gave birth to the American nation, not a desire for subjugation. Though the roots of paganism were never far from the hearts of those who founded the new American nation, the intent was noble and prophetic in my humble opinion. For it was in God’s plan that at the end of time a nation of noble birth would assume the ministry of being the light bearer to the rest of the nations of the world of what the principles of true liberty and justice can be like, even in the midst of flawed humans whose simple desire is that of being free. In the 20th century America shined liberty, promoted prosperity, and proclaimed religious freedom gallantly to every nation of the world, so as to when God’s judgment begins against those who reject the Judeo-Christian values that America preached by her actions, they would be without excuse as to what true nobility was like. American blood stains battle fields in every habitable continent, American bodies have been buried in every ocean of the world after dying fighting for the freedom of others, every kitchen in the world is touched by American generosity, American missionaries have taught human dignity to the unlearned masses and American culture permeates all the tribes of the earth. Yet no nation that we have liberated fears us, for we are not into conquest, but we are for freedom, even the freedom of those who do not deserve it, that is the American way. It can truly be said that America, though not perfect, and Americans, flawed as well, have definitely fulfilled the role assigned to them by their God the Creator they proclaimed. So, what shall we said then of the fate that awaits as Americans? And what is the fate of our beloved nation at the end of time? Psalm 73:25-26 “Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire beside you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” If you noticed, I never mentioned the United States when referring to America. Let me explain what I believe, know that my perspective is that of an immigrant. I was born in Cuba in 1947 under a constitutional government, by the time I was six years old we had a dictatorship, and by the time I was twelve I had lived through a revolutionary war. In 1965 at the tender age of eighteen I fled what was then and still is as of this writing a full fledge communist regime, I came across the ocean in a small boat to a tiny island in the Kay Sal bank named after the tiny island, I was picked up by a British war ship and delivered to a navy base in Port Everglades Florida, where I was welcome as a political refugee. I settle in Los Angeles in September 1965 right after the August riots of that summer and began to learn what America is really all about. America is a spiritual principle or let me say it another way, America is the soul of these United States. I was an American before I became a citizen of the Unites States. What is it that makes a nation if is not for its soul? What is the soul of America? To know what the soul of a nation is one must look at the principles upon which that nation was founded. Here is part of what the soul of America is: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Let me ask you this simple question, is a member of the KKK a real American? Is it not self-evident that if someone thinks himself to be better that another because of their race, that that person does not live up to the American definition that all men are created equal? He may have been born in the United States and is a duly citizen of the United States, but such a person is not an American! For to be a real American one must embrace the soul of America and become one with it. Let me give you an example from these men I believe to be the two greatest Americans of the 20th century. Former president of the U.S. Ronald Reagan and Pastor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. President Reagan united the nation in a way like no former president ever did since its founding. How did he do it? He knew and understood the soul of America and its founding principles, he knew the destiny of America, he clearly enunciated that America was to the world like a shinning city upon a hill, Americans could not help but to respond, for he was communicating with their soul. Dr. King lived in a very different America, where persecution, fear and relentless discrimination ruled the day. He had a choice to make, was America a nation that needed to be fundamentally changed? Did America need another armed revolution? I believe Dr. King being a Pastor looked at the soul of America, after all that is what we pastors do, we look at the soul before deciding whether something or someone is redeemable. By looking into the soul of America he could easily see that the problem with America was not in is soul, we were just failing to live up to it. So his message was a simple one, he dreamed of the day when true Americans would live up to their founding creed. And it was real Americans who responded to Dr. King’s cry for justice because he spoke directly to their American soul! So, what is the future of these United States? Clearly as we stand today, we stand divided, we stand divided because great forces are at work to remove from our nation the Creator who guarantees us those unalienable rights and the great moral principles that held us together from our founding. My flesh and my heart may fail: I take great comfort in the fact that even if our United States, the flesh of America, were to fail, America has not failed! It is my deeply held belief that America is a very special nation, that the souls of her soldiers who died so that other men may lived, are safely guarded in the hands of Jesus Christ. That the sacrificial prayers that are being offered continuously on behalf of this nation are heard by God who is faithful. What should then our prayer for America be? Early this morning I got up to pray and the Lord put America in my heart and said to me: “Pray for America!” I wrote all of this to tell you what my prayer was and what I think it is that God wants us to pray for concerning America. As you pray for America, pray for her spiritual enlightenment, we need to see beyond our physical circumstances. America does not have any physical problems that cannot be solved from the spiritual perspective, be it division, dysfunction, debt crises, suicides, mass shootings, abortions, immoralities, hate, hopelessness, whatever you can name that it is wrong we our nation today can be solved if we just simply understand that our problems stem from us not living up to our American potential that emanates from our Creator and brings to us peace. Let us not give up, do not think that is too late for America, for none of us knows the future, as long as there is breath in us let us thank God for America, let us ask God to forgive America, let us repent before God for the sins of America, let us forgive those who trespass against us and pray for their salvation and well-being. Let us pray His Word and will over America. Psalm 74:19-21 “Do not hand over the life of Your dove to wild beasts; do not forget the lives o f Your afflicted people forever. Have regard for Your covenant, because haunts of violence fill dark places of the land. Top of Page Top of Page 2020 to 2030: THE DECADE OF DESTINY Song of Solomon 6:10 “Who is she who looks forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, awesome as an army with banners?” This is how the Beloved sees His perfect bride, the church of His delight, whom He is coming soon to rescue. There is an extremely high probability that this coming decade will see the rapture of the church before the decade is over, ushering in the seven years long dreaded Day of the Lord, before the thousand years reign of Christ is established upon the earth. 2 Peter 3:10 “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night…” Many Christians believe that since no one can know with certainty when the rapture will take place that we should not be looking intently for the coming of this blessed event. 1 Thessalonians 5:4-6 “But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day (the Day of the Lord) should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light (as the morning/clear as the sun) and sons of the day. We are not of the night or of darkness (we should not be clueless). Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.” We may not know with certainty when the resurrection of the righteous saints, which is followed immediately by the rapture of the righteous church will take place, but we do have plenty of biblical sings that will point us to the knowledge that its coming is eminent. We are to watch soberly for the signs that will point us to that faithful day! So that it does not take us by surprise. Mark 13:29 “So you also, when you see these things happening (signs that will precede the rapture of the church), know that it is near—at the doors!” The early church believed that the rapture of the church would take place in their day and eagerly waited for that event in their lifetime. After the apostolic age many of the disciples of the apostles realized that the day of the Lord would be revealed on the third day and that each day represented a thousand years. They based their belief on the following Scriptures: Psalm 90:4 “For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it is past, and like a watch in the night.” 2 Peter 3:8 “But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” For that reason many expected that at the beginning of our third millennium something radical would happen, which it did not, remember Y2K? That is because the thousand year’s day did not begin with the birth of Jesus Christ but rather with His death and resurrection which happened thirty three years after His birth. The age of God’s grace began to be proclaimed to the entire world after the church was filled with the promised of the Father, the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” What is it that makes this 2020-30 decade so critical that something radical has to take place in it? There is a very precise promise in the Old Testament concerning the end of the second day (two thousand years) and the beginning of the third day (the millennium reign of Jesus Christ). Hosea 6:2 “After two days He will revive us (resurrection); on the third day He will raise us up, that we might live (kingdom age) in His sight.” If we believe that a day represents a thousand years for the church age, and that the church age begun after the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead; then according to Hosea, the resurrection and the rapture will happen at the end of the second day or at the end of two thousand years from when the church was commissioned! And the third day—or one thousand years—will begin the reign of Jesus Christ, after the seven Years Day of the Lord is completed. We do not know with certainty what year Jesus was born; we know that He was crucified thirty-three and a half years after He was born. The church was commissioned fifty days after Jesus rose from the dead, but we do not know the exact year. Jesus was probably born on the year two BC, give or take a couple of years. If He was born two years before our present calendar, and you count the year zero as a year, then Jesus was crucified and rose from the dead on the year 30 AD and the church was commissioned fifty days after Jesus rose from the dead on the year 30 AD; as I said, give or take two or three years. This is the most crucial time in the history of the church, for if the resurrection and rapture do not take place before the end of this 20-30 decade, then we as the church, will have to take a long hard look at the Scriptures upon which most of our premises for His return are based. The signs that precede the return of the Lord to the earth will let us know that the time is near. Acts 2:17-18 “And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy.” After a big whirlwind attracted thousands to the Upper Room, where the disciples were gathered and this large crowd wondered what it could mean that tongues of fire were resting on about one hundred and twenty of the disciple’s heads. Hearing them prophesying the wonders of God in their own foreign languages, Peter stood up and told the crowd that prophecy was being fulfilled in front of their very eyes. The first half of this prophecy that we just quoted, signaled the birth of the church age as the Spirit of God filled them with power and the wonders of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:19-21 “I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord (This part has not happened yet). And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” The first half of this prophecy applied to the birth or beginning of the church age, and was fulfilled almost two thousand years ago, when three thousand believers were added to the church. And the second half of this prophecy will be fulfilled at the end of the church age, before the church is taken up in the rapture after which the feared and dreadful Day of the Lord will begin. Matthew 24:29-31 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light (this represents the end of the church age; remember our opening Scripture, the sun and moon refer to the church age: Fair as the moon, clear as the sun Son of Solomon 6:10) ; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” (Italics added by me) Immediately after the tribulation of those days: Jesus told His church that in this world we would have tribulation; at the end of the church age there will be no more tribulation for the church of Jesus Christ, for we will be gathered with the Lord in our new and glorified bodies. Amos 5:20 “Is not the day of the Lord darkness and not light? Is it not very dark, with no brightness in it?” Light represents God’s grace—demonstrated through His church while on this earth—and darkness represents God’s judgment after the light of the church is removed from this earth! It is imperative to understand that the Day of the Lord is the Day when God’s Wrath is unleashed against all the inhabitants of the earth, all those who refused to accept His free offer of Grace. It is a Day indeed of great tribulation, the kind that has never been experienced before, but it comes from God against humanity. The tribulation that the church is experiencing today comes not from God, but from those in the world who reject the kingdom of God. So that in this present world the church is experiencing tribulation from those who practice evil in this world. But immediately after the church is removed, the Day of the Lord—which is the Day of His Wrath—will begin against all those who are left behind in the world. If we interpret these Scriptures literally; as we should when possible, we will learn that before the rapture takes place, we will witness the powers of the heavens been shaken. What will be the duration of these signs before the rapture takes place? We can only estimate according to the Scriptures. Jesus tells us that these last days will be like the days of Noah. Since that is the case, Noah and his family knew seven days ahead of time that the deluge was imminent. Genesis 7:4-5 “For after seven more days I will cause it to rain on the earth forty days and forty nights, and I will destroy from the face of the earth all living things that I have made. And Noah did according to all that the Lord commanded him.” When Jesus told us that the end time would be like the days of Noah, many think that it means that there is no way to know when the end is coming; but that only applies to the unbelievers and to those who do not prepare themselves. But for the believers who are awake and discerning the signs and times of the end, and are looking for and loving His appearing, we will recognize the signs: When you see these things happening, know that it is near—at the doors!” The Bible many times confirms Scriptures by the use of numbers. Fifty days after Jesus rose from the dead, the Holy Spirit fell on about one hundred and twenty names: Acts 1:15. Peter quoted the prophecy of Joel which spoke of the beginning and of the end of the church age. The beginning represented by the number when it begun; on the fiftieth day—Pentecost. The end represented by the number one hundred and twenty which represents the end of an age, as in the days of Noah when God put a limit of 120 years to the world that was, as the ark was been built, before the deluge came and took them all away on the one hundred and twentieth year. What is interesting about the number one hundred and twenty is that it is about the amount of days between Pentecost and the Day of Atonement. And ten days before the Day of Atonement we have the feast of Rosh Hashanah which marks the beginning of the Days of awe which are ten. Chances are that the Days of Awe will be the days when the signs are given to mankind, to get them to repent and to call upon the name of the Lord and be saved before the judgment Day. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. 1 Peter 3:20-21 “Who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited (one hundred and twenty years) in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water. There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.” What is an antitype? For one hundred and twenty years the ark was built, but it was not big enough to save all those who perished during the flood had they repented or if they repented. 2 Peter 2:5 “And did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly.” The building of the ark was the sermon that Noah preached; Death by water! Death was coming by a flood, and it required their repentance and death before the flood came in order to be saved. Methuselah, the oldest man who ever lived, died the year of the flood, but before the flood came. How do we know? Methuselah means: when he is dead it shall come: the flood. Did all who repented die before the judgment of God came by the flood? There was definitely no room in the ark for all of them! Methuselah may be a type that those who repented, after hearing Noah’s preaching, were removed from the earth through natural death, and spared God’s judgment. Isaiah 57:1 “The righteous perishes (dies), and no man takes it to heart; merciful men are taken away, while no one considers that the righteous is taken away from (the judgment of) evil.” That was clearly the case for Methuselah, and probably as a type, for all those who like Methuselah repented and were removed by way of death before the flood judgment begun. The antitype is that there is enough room for all of us who repent in this present day ark of God, His church, to be saved and spare from the judgment to come. Ironically it is through water baptism that we testify, and with a good conscience, that we will be removed from this world before the dreadful Day of the Lord is unleashed upon an unsuspecting world. Revelation 3:8, 10 “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name...Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” If you believe that the sixty-six books of our Holy Bible are the Inspired Word of God, and if you believe that Jesus is the divine Son of God, and have accepted Jesus as your personal Savior and Lord, then you will not be left behind. The hour of testing does not apply to those who have already entered into His rest! Hebrews 4:3, 9 “For we who have believed do enter that rest…There remains therefore a rest for the people of God.” Before the Day of God’s wrath begins, God is going to try and save as many people as possible, from as many parts of the world as possible. 2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” Jesus is going to return to the earth the same way that He was taken up, in a cloud, and visible to all those who were gazing intently as He was taken up into glory. (6) Acts 1:10-11 “And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, ‘Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.’” So that the return of Jesus to this world is not going to be a secret thing, is going to be a very public event, visible to everyone on this entire planet, contrary to what many have taught. Matthew 24:25-27 “See, I have told you beforehand. Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.” It is within the context of the verses that we just read—that the return of our Lord is a worldwide event like lightning flashing from the east to the west, so His brightness will light up the entire atmosphere—that we are told in the following verses that before the sign of the Son of Man appears in heaven: the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light as confirmation that the church of Jesus Christ is about to be removed from this earth and taken up to the clouds to be with the Lord forever and ever. 2 Timothy 4:8 “Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.” Paul is speaking about resurrection day, and the crown of righteousness refers to his new and glorified body that our Lord will give him on that faithful Day. Not just to him, but to all who have loved His appearing and have died with this blessed hope as an anchor to their souls. And as we well know, those of us who are alive and remain will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air with our glorified bodies as well, immediately after the resurrection. This may be the final decade of life as we know it in this planet earth, make sure you are ready; and remember, God wants you to bring with you all your love ones and friends who are not saved as well. Top of Page THE DISPENSATION OF THE FULLNESS OF THE TIMES Ephesians 1:10 “That in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.” What is the dispensation of the fullness of the times? Through the centuries theologians have discovered that God deals with humanity through differing epochs of time called dispensations. Each dispensation of time differs from another by the rules under which God deals with humanity in each unique dispensation of time. Theologians also figure out that there are seven such dispensations revealed in Scripture, with the last dispensation being the dispensation of rest, also known as the Kingdom Age, when Jesus will rule and reign over the entire world and all of its inhabitants for one thousand years. There were only two people under the jurisdiction of the first dispensation, Adam and Eve, and their time in the Garden is called the dispensation of innocence, and it was the first dispensation, and there was only one rule that applied to them while in Paradise: Genesis 2:16-17 “And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, ‘Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.’” After Adam and Eve sinned by disobeying God’s command not to eat of the fruit that would cause them to become self-aware, they were driven out of the Garden Paradise and into a different place and dispensation. Although we are not told how long Adam and Eve were in the Garden before they sinned, we know that the next dispensation that they were put under lasted 1,656 years, and ended with Noah’s flood. This new dispensation was called the dispensation of conscience because Adam and Eve and their descendants became very much aware of their nakedness that they inherited through Adam and Eve’s disobedience. Genesis 6:5 “Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” Once man became self-aware of his sinful nature and realized the hopelessness of his situation, eventually he gave himself to think of only evil continually, and became in their consciences worthless to God, who then had no choice but to swiftly destroy them. In both judgments, the dispensation of innocence and the dispensation of conscience, the judgment of God was final. What that means is that we can never come to God again in innocence or in conscience, in innocence because all the descendants of Adam and Eve are conceived and born in the consequences of their sin which is death, we are born mortals. And in conscience because our carnal minds are enmity to the Word of God. Romans 8:7 “Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.” So that through Adam and Eve we’ve not only inherited corrupt bodies that lost their innocence, but we also inherited a corrupted mind that can never be brought under the jurisdiction of the Word of God. 1 Corinthians 2:16 “...But we have the mind of Christ.” Just in case some of you were wondering about our present estate of mind. Our sinfulness is blotted out by the blood of Jesus and our old mind set is replaced by the mind of Christ which is given to us at the time when we become born again. Romans 8:6 “For to be carnally minded is death (because of Adam and Eve’s disobedience to the Word of God), but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (because the words of Jesus are Spirit and they are life).” Now our next dispensation was not judged completely when they rebelled against God, for its final day of judgment has been reserved for the day of the dispensation of the fullness of the times, which is where this lesson is headed, but first let me enumerate the rest of the dispensations so that we can put them all into the proper context. Genesis 11:8-9 “So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city. Therefore its name is called Babel (means confusion), because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.” After the flood of Noah’s day, all the waters that were in and around the poles of the earth froze immediately, leaving the water levels of the oceans a lot lower than they are today, and causing a land bridge between the continents. It was God’s plan for humans after the flood to migrate to all the continents and fill the earth before the majority of the ice melted, which that happened during the days of Peleg when the land bridges that connected the continents were divided, buy submersion or by the melting away of the ice that connected some of the land masses. But mankind had other plans, they wanted to make a name for themselves, so they congregated together in rebellion against God’s command, and decided to build a tower that reached to the heavens, but God just simply confused their languages so that they could not communicate with one another, and so they scattered through the continents as was God’s original purpose, but God did not fully judge them at that time. Their dispensation was called human government, or what the book of Revelation calls, the kingdoms of this world, and they are very much still around today, for their dispensation has not yet been brought to a close. Today the European Union headquarters is a building that looks like an unfinished tower of Babel, for after all it will be the revived Roman empire whom prophecy foretells will give all its power to the antichrist to face Jesus during the final battle of Armageddon. Since mankind could not save themselves in innocence, or through their own consciences, or even when the power of human government did not bring about obedience to the commandments of God, that was when God decided to introduce His Promise. When the dispensation of promise is completed it will be known as the dispensation of the fullness of the times, for its at that time that God will bring to a close all the yet to be finally judged dispensations. Genesis 12:7 “Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, ‘To your descendants I will give this land.’ And there he built an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.” When God entered into a covenant with Abraham it was a two-fold covenant, a covenant that spans two dispensations. For out of that covenant comes the nation of Israel and their deliverer, Moses, through whom the dispensation of law was given. And the promise of salvation for the Gentile nations was given through the dispensation of grace by the Lord Himself in His Gospel. John 1:17 “For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 3:1-2 “For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles—if indeed you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which was given to me for you.” So here is a list of the seven dispensations: The dispensation of innocence. The dispensation of conscience. The dispensation of human government. The dispensation of promise. The dispensation of law. The dispensation of grace. That in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ. And after all the above dispensations are finally completed, then all the believers that come out of every dispensation will be resurrected each in their time and ushered into the final dispensation of God’s rest, to rule and reign with Christ for one thousand years. The seventh is the dispensation of rest, or what will probably be called at that time the Kingdom Age. Now why are all these unfinished dispensations relevant to us today? Scripture teaches us that before God brings something or someone into the judgment, he restores them into the condition that they were in when they first rebelled, so that we know for a fact that the dispensation of the fullness of the times judgment cannot begin until all the yet to be judged dispensations appear together at the same time in history, since we also know that God is going to judge them all in the same period of time. The judgment and restoration of Peter gives us an example of how God will bring about the judgment of the dispensations. Peter got saved after he witnessed the miracle of the catch of fish in his net, which he lowered into the sea at the command Jesus, even after fishing all night and catching nothing. Peter rejected Jesus while hanging around a fire just trying to keep warm the night that Jesus was arreste. He was confronted by a girl who accused him of being one of Jesus’ disciples. John chapter 21 tells us that Jesus appeared to Peter again after he was fishing all night and did not catch anything, Jesus tells him to cast the net on the right side of the boat and a miracle happens again, the net is full of fish. Then when Peter drags the net to shore he finds that Jesus had kindled a fire of coals with fish and bread on it. So that all of the elements are in place to bring Peter back in his soul to the places of where he experienced his salvation and to the place where his rejection took place as well, then Jesus asks Peter a very simple question, Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these? Peter was not only judged there, but he was restored there as well. We witnessed in the twentieth century something that had never happened before in the history of mankind, the dispensations of human government, law and grace all came together for the first time in the same form in which they were after God had dispersed them. The Jews who were driven from the Holy Land after as a nation they rejected Jesus as their Messiah, were once again restored as a nation back to the land where they were driven from 1,900 years ago, while still rejecting Jesus as their Messiah as a nation, so that the dispensation of law which came through the nation of Israel and it must be judged in the nation of Israel was set in place awaiting their final judgment. The kingdoms of this world who have been scattered since the days when Nimrod was cut to pieces for his rebellion against God over 4,000 year ago, came together once again as one group in the middle of the twentieth century as the United Nations, where all their many languages can be translated instantly and a speaker can be understood by all the different nations no matter what language he speaks. It was also in the middle of the twentieth century that the apostolic revival began to take roots within the church once again. So that the three dispensations whose judgment it is yet to be finalized are presently in their prophetic places, Israel, the church, and the United Nations, all awaiting for the fulfillment of God’s promised conclusion to be meted out to them at their appointed time. Matthew 25:31-34 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.’” I believe that the last piece that has to fall into place before the final judgment begins is the United States government. Our constitution has been a great hurdle that those who longed for the revived Roman empire and the new world order have not been able to overcome until now. After years of brainwashing the American populace, through all kinds of mediums, into having an open disregard for the constitution and the values that it fosters, this is the closest that they have come to succeeding, for our present day government is in total disregard for constitutional law and it is not being held accountable for it. If America does not recover from this evil that has befallen it, and I do not see any of our leaders calling for a nation wide repentance, then our time here on this earth is pretty much over I believe. Top of Page Top of Page THE THREE FROGS Written by Pastor Marcos Marrero Published on 5/30/2023 Revelation 16:13-14 “And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.” These three demonic spirits jump out like frogs out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet and leap upon the entire world, performing signs and wonders with the goal of deceiving all the humans who inhabit this earth. Unclean spirits always peddle lies against the Word of God, their aim is to keep those who will be saved from sure destruction—once they know the truth—from knowing the truth that Jesus can keep them safe from the judgment of that great day of God Almighty. That great day of God Almighty—as of this writing—is still in the future, but the demonic doctrines represented by these three frogs are alive and present and have been around for centuries now leading many a strayed. That is why Jesus, knowing that many would be exposed to these demonic doctrines, warns us to be watchful and to keep His covering—His promises—on like a garment. Many will say that no one knows the time of the end. That is exactly why we need to keep watch and be ready for today many signs tells us that we may already be in them. Revelation 16:15 “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.” Charles Darwin, Sigmund Freud and Karl Marx are great examples of how this demonic trinity has been working its way into our everyday lives. Through Darwin comes the teaching that the human body evolved from an animal which is a lie. Through Freud comes the teaching that the human mind or soul can be void of morality, that is, if we are nothing more than animals then there should be no guilt or shame nor Day of Judgment. Through the teachings of Marx comes the teachings of socialism or social justice as it is called today, which embodies the aspiration that every aspect of human life can be control by these frog-like demons behind these doctrines. 1 John 2:15-16 “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world— the lust of the flesh (Darwin), the lust of the eyes (Freud) and the pride of life (Marx)—is not of the Father but is of the world.” Job 41:34 “He (Leviathan the dragon) beholds every high thing (God’s moral law with contempt); He is king over all the children of pride.” We come to the place in time, where the morality of God’s Law in viewed with contempt by many, and pride for a life style that is against God’s morality is publicly celebrated. What is the difference between humans and animals? Animals are called animals because they are animated by the spirit of life that God infused into the creation when God said let there be and there was and commanded them to be fruitful and to multiply. The human body was made alive when God infused it with the breath of God Almighty Himself directly into Adam’s nostrils and man became a living soul, created in God’s image with a fully functioning conscience. Romans 2:15-16 “Who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.” Long before Moses walked down the mountain with the Ten Commandments in his hands, God had already placed the morality of His righteous law in the hearts of every living soul! Before the great flood, the fallen angels tried desperately to remove the human conscience from the physical body through all kinds of human experiments combining animal and human DNA. For the purpose of controlling the human body without it feeling guilt or regret for their actions in order to avoid God’s law of human resistance against demonic intrusion in the human soul. James 4:7 “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” Those demonic entities failed miserably in their attempt to recreate man into a soulless creature and are now awaiting God’s judgment; all that were left with was the dead bodies of soulless animals without immortality and deprived of the breath of life from their lungs for God drowned them all in the flood. The fruit of their labor was destroyed and prevented from rising again. Isaiah 26:12-14 “Lord, You will establish peace for us, for You have also done all our work in us. O Lord our God, masters beside You have had dominion over us; But by You only we make mention of Your name. They are dead, they will not live (no soul no resurrection); they are deceased they will not rise. Therefore You have punished and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish (no memory no soul).” God owns the souls of all men, for the soul is all the work of God in us. And even though our genetic code has been infused with the frailty and death of the body because of sin, there is immortality promised to men, not only for the soul of man but also for the physical body as well. The blessed hope is the promised resurrection of the physical body. But for the result of those who tampered with this sacred work of God into the soul of man, there will be no resurrection for their demonic product, for the trans-bodies (human-animal) that they engineered bypassing the conscience, cannot rise from the dead and will not rise from the dead for they have no soul; even all the memory of them will be destroyed forever. Daniel 2:43 “As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, THEY WILL MINGLE WITH THE SEED OF MEN; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.” That is the kind of work that is going on today in modern science with artificial intelligence, but Daniel tells us that it will fail again. But many are the victims of these evil works, do not fall prey to them. Keep watch and clothe yourselves with the promises of God. 1 Timothy 4:1-2 “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron.” Jesus wants us to put Him on as a garment and then He blesses those who obey Him: Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame. Paul tells us how to put on the armor of light and how to keep our garment of light on and not be deceived. Romans 13:12-14 “The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy.
