House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) is an online ministry providing Holy Spirit revelation of the Word of God. Top of Page Our beloved and beautiful Victoria Lee Marrero, wife of Pastor Marcos for 56 years has gone home to be with The Lord on February 6, 2025. She is well loved and will be missed. Obituary information for Victoria Lee Marrero Mission Statement To live the reality of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in such a manner that: Death to the things of this world in our lives will be obvious to all, while we proclaim the life of Jesus Christ to every corner of the world; Beginning with the very corners of our world. Purpose To be found worthy of His calling at His soon return. Motto For He that promised is faithful. Luke 18:8 Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. Greetings in the name of Jesus our redeemer. My name is Marcos Marrero, and this is what I believe: I believe that we ought to always thank God for sending Jesus, his only begotten Son to die for our sins. I believe that we ought to praise God always, for He did not leave his only begotten Son hanging on the cross or inside the grave. We ought to worship Him! The creator of the heavens and the earth, who raised Jesus from the dead, and has given Him a name that is above every name. Philippians 2:9-11 "Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." It is my intention for this web page to make this proclamation: The Word of God is the only TRUTH! Jesus, the messiah of Israel is the revelation of God's TRUTH! The Holy Spirit sanctifies every human who believes the TRUTH, as presented in the gospel of Jesus Christ. II Thessalonians 2:13-14 "But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ." I boldly proclaim that the same Jesus that was taken up to heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father, creator of heaven and earth. Will soon return to this earth to set up His kingdom. I boldly proclaim that this same Jesus will judge both the living and the dead. Those who believe God's TRUTH as presented in the gospel of Jesus Christ will be rewarded with the crown of life, and will forever be with the Lord. But those who reject the TRUTH of the gospel of Jesus Christ will be dammed for eternity. II Thessalonians 2:12 "That they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness." I also believe that God will hold every believer accountable who does not strive to have the work of faith with power in their lives. II Thessalonians 1:11 "Therefore we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power." It is the demonstration of God's power through faith in the TRUTH of the Word of God, that will convict sinners of their error and cause them to cry out for our God's salvation. Luke 5:8 "When Simon Peter saw it, (the demonstration of God's miracle working power) he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying 'depart from me for I am a sinful man, O Lord!'" It is my desire to present to you in this web page the gospel of Jesus Christ in its true form. Free from the contamination of human fallacies. Knowing, even as I am writing this, that Jesus will hold me accountable for everything that I will be teaching here. James 3:1 "Not many of you should presume to be teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly." Lord Jesus! I dedicate this web page to you. I pray for your anointing and guidance. Let those who read its contents be led by your precious Holy Spirit to receive the promises of your abundant life. Amen.

Praise ye the Lord.” And Heavenly Father, I bless the LGBTQ+, black lives matters, wokeism, green earth, false ideologies that are not Biblical, and anyone who supports such ideologies with softened hearts to be able to perceive and live by Your Word because even you showed the disciples how hard their hearts were when they didn’t believe when You rose from the dead: Mark 16:14 KJV “14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.” I pray for the LGBTQ+, black lives matters, wokeism, green earth, false ideologies that are not Biblical, and anyone who supports such ideologies, are restored into the joy of salvation, and to the paths of righteousness as the following scriptures state: Psalm 23:3 KJV “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” Psalm 51:12 KJV “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.” I take back the LGBTQ+, black lives matters, wokeism, green earth, false ideologies that are not Biblical, and anyone who supports such ideologies and atone on their behalf by saying the following: I stand in their shoes and lift their hands and my hands to the Heavenly Father saying, Lord, forgive us our sins, come into our hearts, and be our Lord and Savior as Romans 10:9 KJV says “9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” For I choose to believe on behalf of the LGBTQ+, black lives matters, wokeism, green earth, false ideologies that are not Biblical, and anyone who supports such ideologies in the Name of Jesus, the Son of the Living God. And gracious Heavenly Father, we praise You as Psalm 150:1-6 KJV says “150 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” You are praised because You are. We now walk forward in peace knowing that You and Your angels are moving behind the scenes doing what You need to do to accomplish Your will as Psalm 103:20 KJV says “20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.” In the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God we pray in unity, Amen! - GOD'S COVENANT WITH DAY AND NIGHT | HoFM House of Faith Ministries
House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) presents a teaching on Jeremiah 33:20-21 “Thus says the Lord: ‘If you can break My covenant with the day and My covenant with the night Top of Page GOD'S COVENANT WITH DAY AND NIGHT Jeremiah 33:20-21 “Thus says the Lord: ‘If you can break My covenant with the day and My covenant with the night, so that there will not be day and night in their season, then My covenant may also be broken with David My servant, so that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne, and with the Levites, the priests, My ministers.’” God’s covenant with the day and God’s covenant with the night are symbolic of the duality of God’s covenant with David and with his descendants forever. What I mean is that one part of the covenant is unconditional, that is what the light of day stands for, and is God’s part to fulfill in the and is God’s part to fulfill in the covenant; the other part is conditional, and that is what the darkness of night stand for, and that is David’s descendants part to fulfill. In other words, the one covenant is extended to cover two family lines; Abraham’s and David’s. Jeremiah 33:24 “Have you not considered what these people have spoken, saying, ‘The two families which the Lord has chosen, He has also cast them off’? Thus they have despised My people, as if they should no more be a nation before them.” What prompted God to mention that His obligation to the covenant was unbreakable was that they were questioning God’s commitment to His part of the covenant, because Jeremiah was prophesying the demise of the city of Jerusalem to the Babylonians. In their thinking, if there is no kingdom then there is no king. They failed to understand that God still reigns even after David’s descendants failed to keep their part of the covenant and suffered the consequences of their rebellion. Jeremiah 33:25-26 “Thus says the Lord: ‘If My covenant is not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth, then I will cast away the descendants of Jacob and David My servant, so that I will not take any of his descendants to be rulers over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will cause their captives to return, and will have mercy on them.’” Here God is establishing once more that His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is unbreakable, and that His choice of David and his family line to be rulers over the patriarchs descendants forever, is just as unbreakable. Then He adds, that they will be a nation again, for I will have mercy on them. “And with the Levites, the priests, My ministers.” Also notice that God’s covenant with David included the Levites and the priests that minister before God. God’s ultimate goal was to create a kingdom of priests, of which both Abraham and David are types! Revelation 1:6 “And has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” Abraham had a choice being the first. In Genesis 14:16-24 we find that after defeating king Chedorlaomer to rescue Lot who had been taken captive, Abraham arrived in the King’s Valley and was met by Melchizedek king of Salem, who offered him bread and wine, for he was priest of God Most High. Those verses are full of types that we need to understand if we want to understand the nature of God’s covenant. In the original creation of man, Adam was both king and priest. A king as defined by my biblical understanding is one who exercises authority over the physical realm, and a priest as one who exercises authority over the spiritual realm. Because of the rebellion at the tower of Babel, God separated those powers when He confused the languages, and from that time on, rulers (kings) had to depend on priests for spiritual counsel and understanding. King Saul was immediately rejected by God according to the prophet Samuel, when Saul took it upon himself to offer sacrifices, which is the assignment and ministry of the priesthood and not the king. Abraham understood this principle and when he arrived in the Kings Valley he understood the significance. He had just defeated a consortium of kings and had now become as one of the kings. He was met by none other than God’s King-Priest Melchizedek and offered a choice. A this time Abraham owned all the spoils that were taken from Sodom where Lot lived, plus the spoils that belonged to the other kings. The future of Abraham’s ministry hanged in the balance, would he become ruler of man or priest of God? Genesis 14:18-20 “Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was the priest of God Most High. And he blessed him and said: ‘Blessed be Abram of God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand.’ And he (Abraham) gave him (Melchizedek) a tithe of all.” Immediately Abraham proceeded to renounce any association with the kings of the valley, even refusing to take any of the goods that he had captured, except for the offering that he gave as a tithe to God Most High. In essence the actions of Abraham were to reject the physical benefits of kingship, for the more enduring qualities of the priesthood and God’s favor in spiritual matters. So it is that in the next chapter God enters into an unbreakable covenant with Abraham and the priesthood to which he is called, where eventually Abraham is required to offer God Isaac his son of promise as a burnt offering, that act of faith establishes Abraham as the father of all the faithful, as he uttered those immortal words: God will provide for Himself a Lamb. 1 Kings 9:5 “Then I will establish the throne of your kingdom over Israel forever, as I promised David your father, saying, ‘You shall not fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.’” The two families, Abraham’s and David’s, symbolized the two components of the covenant, Priest and King, of which Jesus’ ministry is the fulfillment thereof. Matthew’s genealogy makes it clear that Jesus is a direct descendant of Abraham who offered tithes to Melchizedek, and His claim to the throne of David comes through His mother, Mary’s line, since Joseph’s line had been cursed. Hebrews 5:5-6 “So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was said to Him: ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You.’ As He also says in another place: ‘You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.’” After Jesus came out of the water, from His baptism, God’s voice spoke from heaven saying: This is My beloved Son...Matthew 3:17 confirming that Jesus fulfills both ministries, He is King and Priest. 1 Kings 9:6-7 “But if you or your sons at all turn from following Me, and do no keep My commandments and My statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods and worship them, then I will cut off Israel from the land which I have given them; and this house which I have consecrated for My name I will cast out of My sight…” So that even if the descendants of David that sat on the throne failed to meet the conditions required of them in the covenant, to keep God’s commandments and statutes, and because of that, the nation of Israel being removed and cut off from the land, God’s covenant is not nullified. Jeremiah 33:11 “The voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who will say: ‘Praise the Lord of Hosts, for the Lord is good, for His mercy endures forever—and of those who will bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the Lord. For I will cause the captives of the land to return as at the first,’ says the Lord.” Jesus our High Priest offers the sacrifice of praise into the house of our Lord day and night in our behalf, while Jesus our King and Redeemer builds His church and rebuilds the nation of Israel by His mighty power to be established forever according to the covenant. Now there is another mystery attached to God’s covenant with the day and the night which takes place in the middle of the seven years wrath of God, when the abomination that causes desolation is revealed. Matthew 24:15-16 “Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (whoever reads, let him understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.” God’s Two Witnesses in Revelation represent the two families in God’s covenant, Israel and the church. And since the days of David either or both have not failed to have representation here on the earth as God’s ambassadors to the world, even during the dispersion of Israel or during the dark days of the church age, there has always been a faithful remnant to represent them. But when these Two Witnesses are killed, it means that the dispensations of Grace and Law are completed, as far as their physical responsibilities here on earth is concerned. So there will not be a representative from either one left on the earth at that time. That is what the abomination of desolation means, the throne of David is vacated until Jesus returns to the earth three and one half years later to begin His one thousand years reign. Zechariah 14:5/7 “Then you shall flee (when you see the abomination of desolation taking place)...It shall be one day which is known to the Lord—neither day nor night. But at evening time it shall happen that it will be light.” Isn’t it amazing! As the antichrist, who has just killed the Two Witnesses, begins to take control over the earth, and the throne of David is empty since God’s promised to have one of his descendants rule over it has been completed, immediately God’s covenant with the day and night in their season is abrogated as evening fails to come at its appointed time. Daniel 11:31 “And forces shall be mustered by him (the antichrist), and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily sacrifices, and place there the abomination of desolation.” Not only is the covenant with David completed for the present time, but also the covenant with the Levites and priests that minister before the Lord as they take the daily sacrifices away. I wrote this lesson in the hope that the readers will come to appreciate how awesome and how perfect the Word of God is! How everything in the Bible is powerfully connected, and how trustworthy God’s covenant with us is. There should be no doubt in our minds as to the commitment of God to bring about our full redemption in His time. Amen! - THE APOSTOLIC ANOINTING | HoFM
House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) explains there there is a difference between let’s say, teaching others about the Word of God, which all of us should do, and being called to fill the office of teacher of the Word of God. Top of Page THE APOSTOLIC ANOINTING 2 Corinthians 12:12 “Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished among you with all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty deeds.” There are five distinct offices to which ministers are called by God to fill, as they endeavor to minister to the saints, that differ from the call that all of us saints have to minister to the Lord by ministering to one another in service to one another, and by going out and preaching the Gospel and making disciples. Ephesians 4:11 “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers.” A saint can choose to minister to the Lord in the many areas of service that are opened to us; we can choose to be witnesses for Him, we can choose to mentor new born again believers, we can choose to serve those who are in need within the church or outside of the church, we can choose to make our light show in whatever situation we choose. But there is a difference between let’s say, teaching others about the Word of God, which all of us should do, and being called to fill the office of teacher of the Word of God. The same goes for evangelizing, we can all go out and witness to others by telling them about their need to be saved, and all of us are called to do that, as it is written; Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, but we are not all called to fill the office of an evangelist. The same applies for pastors, caring and tending for the sheep is something that we are all called to do, but not all are called to fill the office of pastor. We are all in essence prophets every time that we quote the Word of God to others, for in reality we are prophesying to them by telling them that this is what God said, but not all are called to sit in the office of prophet. What is the difference? Let’s say that a terrible accident happens and somebody gets injured in a public place, the call immediately goes out, Is there a doctor in the house? At that point it does not matter what the doctor’s specialty is, all is needed is someone who is familiar with the human anatomy and who knows how to treat it, in the absence of a medical doctor even a dentist will do, even if the injury is on the foot, for all that is needed at that point is someone who can stop the bleeding and who can help to keep the injured person from dying. So that in the sense of ministry, we all should be general practitioners; when it comes to leading others to the Lord, we should all be prepared; when it comes to ministering to the needs of others, we should all be ready; when it comes to teaching them from God’s Word, all of us should know about the Scriptures that are able to save them. How do we learn all of that, and how do we prepare ourselves? Ephesians 4:12-13 “For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” The fivefold ministry and those who are called to sit in those offices, are charged with the solemn duty of preparing and training the saints of the church of God for the work of ministry. Since God knows the future, and since He also knows that the needs of man change along with their circumstances, He foresaw the need of having ministers in His church that understand that the Holy Spirit always moves to optimize the resources of the church in the manner in which it is most effective. So that His anointing flows through those offices to bring about the changes that are necessary, by revealing the counsel to the churches that will prepare them to overcome whatever situations they are facing, with a message that is specifically tailored for their area of ministry. A minister that sits in the office of pastor for example, will receive through the anointing that is in the office that he fills, the guidance that is needed to better fulfill his calling, as long as he remains faithful to the anointing by not turning away to man made schemes, those who sit under his ministry will benefit from the anointing that flows from that pastor’s ministry for the betterment of their service. In my many years of service to the Lord, I’ve witness great teachers and great pastors that flowed with the anointing, and marveled how the Lord’s wisdom was able to move in whatever situation those who were ministering were faced with, to the point of astonishment, as to how the Lord worked His way in whatever difficulty they were facing, and as I asked the Lord where their anointing emanated from, it was always revealed to me that the anointing flows out of the office they held. We sometimes make the mistake that because a pastor, a teacher, an evangelist, or a prophet that flows with the anointing that their respective offices enable them with, that because they excel at their specialty, that because of that, that we can also trust their counsel when it comes to an office that they do not hold, and for which their anointing has not prepared them. I’ve seen great teachers fail as pastors and great pastors fail at teaching, and I’ve seen some do fairly well as both, but I can always recognize where their true allegiance is by what they say, for you cannot take a true pastor out of leading the sheep, anymore than you can take a true teacher from him teaching the flock, or a true evangelist from having an altar call, and a true prophet from prophesying Thus says the Lord! But if the fivefold ministry were a hand, the apostles would be the thumb, for the other four are heavily dependent upon it in order to function properly. If we truly want to understand what preaching, teaching, evangelizing, and prophesying is all about, then we need to understand what the true apostolic ministry is all about. Ephesians 2:20 “Having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone.” The church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was not erected on a foundation of human philosophy, or out of a need for a human agency that exists for the betterment of society and the refinement of the masses that would somehow bring about a human utopia on this earth. 1 John 3:8 “...For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” Preaching, teaching, evangelizing, and prophesying that does not have the goal of destroying the works of the devil that flow out of the kingdom of darkness, misses the mark. The church was not put on this earth to conform to this world system, but to confront it, and expose it for what it is, the works of the devil. Jesus told us, I will build My church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. Where did Jesus build His church? Right here on the earth! Where are the gates of hell? Right here on the earth! Any ministry, whether it falls under the office of pastor, teacher, evangelist, or prophet, if it does not have the destruction of the works of the devil as its main goal, then it is not flowing under the Holy Spirit’s anointing, for that was the very reason for which the church was established, to stand up against the gates of hell and to bring about the destruction of all the works of the devil through the power of the Holy Spirit’s anointing. Ephesians 3:10-11 “To the intent that now the manifold (fivefold ministry) wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.” This was always God’s plan for the church and will always continue to be; to challenge, to expose, to eradicate, and to destroy the works of Satan upon this earth! We are not here to mix and to mingle with other religions, Christianity is not a religion, Christianity is a kingdom, a kingdom that is not of this world, a kingdom that Jesus Christ, the King of kings is coming soon to establish, this should be the testimony of all Christian ministries. 1 Timothy 6:12-15 “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontious Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing, which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords.” In Matthew 27:11 Pilate asked Jesus, Are You the King of the Jews? Jesus said to him, It is as you say. Jesus did not, in anyway shape or form, dilute His testimony about who He was and what He came to do, even in the face of death, and while being confronted by His accusers. His testimony is the apostolic anointing upon which our faith rests, and from where all other ministerial offices draw of the true anointing. Is this the testimony that the ministry that your are under proclaims? If you are in ministry, is this the testimony of your ministry? If it is not, is it because of lack of knowledge or fear of persecution? Receive right now Paul’s prayer for you and for your ministry. Ephesians 3:17-19 “That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height (fourfold)—to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” More teachings found here: Deliverance Ministry End Times Teachings Other Teachings

Top of Page COME NOW, AND LET US REASON TOGETHER Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord, though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” Life is a constant ending of things that previously began. I can safely say that every human that was born one hundred and fifty years ago is dead right now. And it would be a pretty safe bet to declare, that if Jesus does not return on the next one hundred and fifty years, that all humans who are alive today will also be dead then. What gives us humans the ability to transcend this cycle of life and death, is that we have been endowed with the capacity to reason, that is, to think outside of whatever current circumstance we are in, and imagine a life that not only lives, but thrives, outside of the perimeters that constantly hems us in, and that keep us bound to our present reality. Job 14:14 “If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait, till my change comes.” It is our God given ability to reason that allows us to believe a thought that is foreign to our present reality, that a divine change will one day come, a change that is both personal and general in nature. This change has to do with the question that Job poses, If a man dies, shall he live again? Personally speaking it asks, will I live again? And since all men have died and continue to die throughout the ages, generally speaking it asks, will the all live again as well, after the change has come? So that mortal man, unlike unreasoning animals, can picture in his mind a life of immortality, an idea so at odds with our human environment, that it has to originate from an Eternal God. We see that every culture, past or present, is intuitively knitted with an idea that in the natural is extremely foreign to man, the thought of immortality; yet in spite of such overwhelming evidence, the fact that humans throughout the ages have reasoned that which in the natural seems unreasonable, still, many nations and peoples refuse to acknowledge the fact that man was originally created for a divine purpose. Isaiah 1:2-3 “Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth! For the Lord has spoken: I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against Me; The ox knows its owner and the donkey its master’s crib; but Israel does not know, My people (humans) do not consider (they have a willful lack of understanding).” It is humanly impossible to understand the times of the end without a reasonable understanding of the fact that a change must come. So let us ask the question, why is it a fact that a change must come? Humans were never destined to live in sin forever! Contrary to popular belief humans are not mortal, not before God, for to Him all live, that makes us humans immortal, and every human knows that intuitively. But before we can enter into immortality with God, our rebellious nature has to be disposed of, we must be made cleaned first, for our God is a holy God. In our opening verse God tells us that our sins are like a stain that has to be removed before we can enter into His eternal abode, that is also a foreign reasoning that comes to us directly from God. Have you ever bathed your dog only to see him run out and do a couple of rolls in the grass or dirt? Animals do not understand the concept of dirtiness or sin, only humans can relate to that concept; where does our ability to relate to filth and to sins comes from? Since we intuitively know that a change is coming, that leads us to believe that a preparation is necessary before we translate into that change, it comes natural. Without knowing, one that a change is coming, and two, that we must prepare ourselves for that change, we become like unreasoning animals that have no concept of eternity and end up dying in our sins. Isaiah 1:6 “From the sole of the foot even to the head, there is no soundness in it, but wounds and bruises and putrefying sores; they have not been closed or bound up, or soothed with ointment.” What makes us humans valuable to God is our ability to reason with Him, for if we understand Him, then we know what He expects from us, and what we can expect from Him, then we can make a reasonable choice to be and abide with Him as an act of our will, based on an intelligent decision made on the merits of the facts. With Him there is love, joy, peace, health, beauty, provision, eternal protection, happiness. Without Him there is nothing but eternal pain, sufferings, and sorrows, this is not brain surgery friends! Any half-witted reasoning will get us to make the right choice. Unless we are not willing to believe, which is the case in many instances, many will rather ignore sound reasoning for the temporary joy of rolling in the mud without guilt for a season. But if they really knew about eternity, and how much is really at stake, I doubt that any reasoning soul would be willing to risk an eternity of suffering for a few moments of frivolous carnal indulgence, I am, of course, speaking here about unsaved people. Isaiah 1:16-17 “Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease to do evil, learn to do good; seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.” For those of us who walk in the light of God’s salvation, we know that it is the precious blood of Jesus that turned our scarlet sins into snow white purity, and our crimson stain into precious white wool. We already believe in the resurrection from the dead and walk in the certainty that is, the age that is to come; so far this message has been a call that is aimed at the unbelievers, as I appealed to their ability to reason outside of carnal reasoning. Next I will bring into focus the role of the backsliders during the end times, those who already heard and believed the Gospel, but somehow have been dissuaded from following the plan of salvation that God has ordained for their lives. Isaiah 1:27-28 “Zion shall be redeemed with justice, and her penitents (returners) with righteousness. The destruction of transgressors and of sinners shall be together, and those who forsake the Lord shall be consumed.” There is nothing like a close call with death to get us back into the reality of life. That is why the end time, what the Bible calls the day of the Lord, will be such a frightful and terrifying event. Joel 2:1, 11 “Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the Lord is coming, for it is at hand...The Lord gives voice before His army, for His camp is very great; for strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; who can endure it?” Our redemption is going to be a messy business, for it will involve the beginning of the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners that get left behind, our redemption initiates God’s judgments against all those who forsake the Lord. The back sliders that repent (returners) in the face of the coming judgments, will be delivered with righteousness and kept out of the judgment. Those who have never believed and repent by calling on the name of the Lord, when confronted with the impending judgments, will also be delivered with righteousness, since they knew by instinct that a change was coming. Acts 2:19-21 “I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Someone cynically may ask, if we will know of His imminent return, then why don’t we just live like hell now and repent when the wonders and signs are revealed before His coming? Isaiah 1:15 “When you spread (pray) out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood.” Do you know whose blood your hands would be full of? If you reasoned that God was going to put an end to our present reality some day by ushering in a change, and then decided that when and if that really happened, that you would just somehow get on board of the salvation train and repent. Don’t you know that by your act of selfishness, those who might have known what was revealed to you, will never get the opportunity for salvation that they could of have, had you been a faithful witness to them, instead of living it up in the world. By your false witness before them, their blood is now in your hands and tribulation is the only hope left for you. Matthew 24:5 “For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.” The world has been totally saturated with stories of ancient aliens visiting humans in the past, which is nothing more than doctrines of demons that aim to prepare the unbelieving world to reject our Lord and Savior when He is revealed, by portraying Him falsely; causing those who lack Biblical understanding to flee to the mountains and mourn at His revelation instead of calling on Him to save then. Revelation 1:7 “Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.” Those of us who know the truth have been charged with the task of identifying the real Messiah at His appearing by our willingness and readiness to meet Him. 2 Timothy 4:8 “Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved (and are expectantly waiting for) His appearing.” Revelation 7:9-10 “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!’” More teachings found here: Deliverance Ministry End Times Teachings Other Teachings
- THE EYES OF FAITH | HoFM
House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) says faith comes by hearing the Word of God, but what if we do not understand what it is that we are hearing? Top of Page THE EYES OF FAITH Psalm 119:18 “Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things from Your law.” If there were three facets to faith they would be, hearing, seeing, and understanding. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God, but what if we do not understand what it is that we are hearing? It helps if we can see what it is that we are hearing. But even then, if we do not recognize what it is that we are hearing and seeing, then our understanding is still unfruitful. So that faith works something like this: when we read a promise from the Word of God, we hear it, and we know that we heard it because we were able to picture its fulfillment in our mind’s eye, so that we fully understand the fullness of the promise and what it entails. Ephesians 1:8-9 “Which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence (understanding), having made known to us the mystery (He revealed to us that which we could not see at first) of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself.” That is exactly what the Psalmist was praying for in our opening text, he was praying that God would reveal to him the wondrous things that are hidden in the promises of God from our natural human eyes, for the Psalmist believed that by seeing them through the eyes of faith that he would have a better grasp to understanding the promises and receiving their fulfillment in his own life. The enemy of faith is the world! Let me explain: 1 Corinthians 13:13 “And now abide (remain) faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” In the letter to the Hebrews God promises that He is going to shake everything in heaven and earth that can be shaken, so that the only things that remain after the shaking would be those things which are eternal. Hebrews 12:26-27 “Whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, ‘Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.’ Now this, ‘Yet once more,’ indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.” So that after all it is said and done and the final shaking comes, faith will still be standing, that is the faith that is based on the things which are eternal, for all the things which are made will one day be removed. 1 John 2:17 “And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.” Faith that is interdependent of things which are made is not real faith, but a counterfeit, and it will not suffice in the hour of testing. Real faith sees the futility of man-made theories and teachings and rejects them outright as nonsense. Psalm 119:19 “I am a stranger in the earth; do not hide Your commandments from me.” The ground on which the Psalmist stood as he asked God to open his eyes of faith, was the fact that he considered himself a stranger to this world system, which is the enemy of real faith. So, then we must ask this question: What is the foundation of real faith? Psalm 119:24 “Your testimonies also are my delight and my counselors.” God’s testimonies are found in His Word, the Bible, and faith is the tool that allows us to hear, see, and understand God’s testimonies. If I may, let me ask you a personal question: On whose counsel do the tenants of your faith rest? My intentions are to provoke you, the reader, to take a healthy look at the condition of your faith right now. We are living in unprecedented times, the longer I live the clearer I see the worldwide conspiracy against the children of faith, we are facing some really powerful forces who are well trained and well equipped to stir doubt and to promote confusion against the Word of God in all levels of society. We better make sure that our faith rests on a solid foundation that cannot be moved no matter how hard they try to move us from our faith. Jude 3-4 “Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.” The tactics that our enemies employ against us are couched within the tenants of reproach and contempt. Psalm 119:22 “Remove from me reproach and contempt, for I have kept Your testimonies.” Contempt comes from without, and reproach comes from within. The world sets the standard, when lawlessness prevails, they treat the children of faith with contempt. When morality prevails, they creep in unnoticed and corrupt the freedoms that moral virtues afford to those who live by then, and through manipulative means of reproach they try to shame those of us who adhere to what is real and lasting faith, by calling us derogative and demeaning names. And as you well know, there is a lot of that going on out there right now against the children of real faith. However, when we keep God’s testimonies, that is we live our lives through the counsel of God’s Word, we become immunized against the effects of the inward reproach and outward contempt that our enemies continuously hurdle against us, for we judge ourselves in Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:15 “But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one.” Why does the world hate us so much? Because we believe the Word of God, and as long as we continue to believe in the Word of God, they know that they cannot influence us into their herd mentality. But what they fear more than that is that we become an influence to others, as we expose their manipulative tactics, and it makes their job of leading the world astray much harder as long as we continue to walk by faith in the Word of God. Psalm 119:23 “Princes also sit and speak against me, but Your servant meditates on Your statutes.” The most powerful man in the world, who claims to be one with us in the faith, continuously reproaches the children of faith with derogatory names and personal attacks, even using his great seat of power to deny our constitutional right to free political expression, just as the Word of God predicted three thousand years ago in His Word. How is that for relevancy today. That is why we need to meditate continuously on the clearly defined statutes found in His Word. And if we are having trouble understanding what we see and hear revealed in His Word, then we need to ask Him to open the eyes of our understanding so that we can put our faith and trust in His Truth. Psalm 119:25 “My soul clings to the dust; revive me according to Your word.” The dust is this world system that we have to live in that clings and affects the operation of our souls, for it interferes with our ability to hear, see, and understand through the eyes of faith the promises that we have inherited in the Word of God. Our open rejection of this world system is what opens the door for the revival of our faith that leads the Word of promise right into our hearts. 1 Peter 2:15 “For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men.” More teachings found here: Deliverance Ministry End Times Teachings Other Teachings
- SALVATION INTO THE UTTERMOST | HoFM
House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) presents a teaching on Hebrews 7:24-25 “But He (Jesus), because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. Top of Page SALVATION INTO THE UTTERMOST Hebrews 7:24-25 “But He (Jesus), because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” In verse twenty five we find one of the most powerful statements in regards to why there is an end of times coming soon. The problem with humanity is that for some reason we just keep dying off. Man’s dream of living in a manmade utopia is always shattered by that inconvenient little thing we call death. No matter how hard religion works to perfect its patrons, by the time they seem to be getting the hang of true religion, they die. No matter how many laws politicians enact, they cannot abolish death. It does not matter how many new drugs science discovers, they cannot cure death. If religion, science, government, and whatever else we try cannot remove man’s mortal enemy, death, then what can? That is the question that Hebrews chapter seven answers. Jesus is the antidote for death because He is the only perfect human, He always lives and His life continues forever. Why is Jesus coming back? To eradicate death! But before He comes we need to understand that eternity has to be a perfect place with perfect people if it is going to be a happy place. Imagine an eternity with lawless people living with no fear of death, a place where they can commit the most horrific acts against other humans over and over and not be held accountable for their deeds, is not that what hell would be like? He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him: What does it mean by uttermost? Completely and/or forever! If eternity is going to be perfect, it has to be made not only of people that are perfect but of people that will always be perfect, after all, if we live in an eternity out of which we can be kicked out of, it would not be a happy eternity for those who get kicked out, or for those who live in fear of being kicked out. Are we, flawed humans, going to become perfect? That depends on whether we pass life’s test or not. But before I tell you about the test of life, let me tell you this, all humans are going to live forever in their physically resurrected human bodies, whether they like it or not. Their final destination will depend on this and this alone: Jesus and what they believe He is to them! Jesus has been appointed by God to be the intermediary between man and God forever. That is why Jesus has the first perfect and eternal human body, so that He can speak to God on behalf of fallen man. Jesus always lives to make intercession between as and God forever, without Jesus there is no happy eternity for any man. Hebrews 7:22 “By so much more Jesus has become a surety (guarantee) of a better covenant.” But before eternity can be ushered in death has to be destroyed forever, and before death is destroyed forever, mankind has to take life’s final test. Those who pass the test graduate into a new and eternal reality of happiness and bliss, and those who fail the test are discarded into an eternal reality of doom and gloom forever. Revelation 3:10 “Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” In between, before the final global test is administered, we are personally required to pass the test individually before our time to taste of the elixir of death comes. Now, notice how He says, because you kept My command to persevere, persevere on what? His Word, He told those who are alive before the final test begins, because you have kept My Word and have not denied My name I will keep you from the hour of testing, meaning they had already passed the test. Revelation 3:8 “I know your works. See, I have set before an open door (of escape), and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My Word, and have not denied My name.” What power is it that is in the Word of God and in the name of Jesus that is able to save us and to keep us safe forever? Hebrew 7:16 “Who has come (Jesus the Word made flesh), not according to the law of a fleshly commandment, but according to the power of an endless (human) life.” Why do we have to pass a test before we die? Death is the door that leads all humans into eternity, but before we graduate into eternity, we have to choose which eternity we want to enter into; because into whatever eternity we enter, into that eternity we will stay forever; heaven is good, hell is bad and there is no in between. Now in order for us to enter the heavenly eternity, we have to realize that our fallen nature has to be changed, for nothing that’s flawed can enter the heavenly eternity; but I am flawed, you may say, and you would be right, because that’s exactly what the Word of God says about us: 1 John 1:8 “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” But then, what gives? 1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Here is the test; since I’ve confessed all my sins before God in the name of Jesus, almost thirty seven years ago, I have had to trust His Word that says that He forgave me all my sins, past, present, and future, and I have had to trust His Word that says that He has cleansed me from all my unrighteousness, in the face of all my many failings during all those years, and I have had to endure patiently, by faith believing that what He says trumps the way that I feel about my mortal condition. But if in any of those years had Jesus asked me, do you want to remain the same or do you want me to change you? My answer would have been immediate and certain as it would be today; change me Lord, I don’t want to sin anymore, please take all my sins away. So that if I would have died, I would have died in faith that His grace was sufficient for me, and my longings for true righteousness He would have immediately fulfilled upon my entering eternity in accordance with His promises. Matthew 5:6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” The test is all about trust, who do we trust? Our human condition or God’s promises, let me give you a hint if you struggle with this, it is because it has to do with what is really real in your heart. Matthew 5:8 “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” A pure heart begins with the reality of how worthless and how wicked we really are deep within. Our potential for wickedness is without measure, for as the Word of God declares, the heart is desperately wicked, who can know it? But God knows it, and He wants to replace our wicked heart with the heart of love that Jesus demonstrated for us, that while we were yet sinners Christ died of us. It is that remarkable revelation that Jesus loves me to the uttermost that sustains me. He will never quit on me, and I will never give up my trusting in Him and in all of the precious promises found in His Word. He is my High Priest, His continuous intercession before God Most High on my behalf is never ending, and when this body of mine is finally made perfect, through the rapture if I am alive at His return, or in the resurrection if I am in the sleep of death before He comes, I will never ever cease to worship Him and declare His faithfulness to me before all the creation. And in the here and now, whether by word or thought, I do not cease to thank Him and praise Him, for He is my life and the sustainer of it. Outside of Him I have nothing, without Him I am nothing, and in the absence of His promises in my life I have the expectation of nothing good. 1 Timothy 1:17 “Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.”. More teachings found here: Deliverance Ministry End Times Teachings Other Teachings
- THE END OF DAYS | HoFM
House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) presentns a teaching on Lamentations 4:18 “They tracked our steps so that we could not walk in our streets, our end was near; our days were over, for our end had come.” Top of Page THE END OF DAYS Lamentations 4:18 “They tracked our steps so that we could not walk in our streets, our end was near; our days were over, for our end had come.” Throughout the history of mankind there has always been a group of people fascinated with the end of things, the end of days, and with the end of time. Maybe it is because we experience the death of things on a daily basis, we are not so much aware of it, those of us who live in modern cities that provide us with the comfort of buying things that have already been killed and packaged, but think back to earlier times. I remember when I was a kid growing up in Cuba, even though we lived over the ocean waters, for our house was built on stilts, we still raised chickens on the back deck of the house, and every time my mom was going to fix chicken for dinner one of them had to die. We kept live fish in the well tank of our boat that was tied to the front of the house, and every time that we were going to have fish for dinner, we went to the tank, got the fish out, killed it and cooked it. We did that with pigs and turkeys that we raised for special occasions as well, I even remember a goat that we raised once, it chewed through the wooden boards on the floor and fell through and ended up hanging itself on the chain that it had tied around its neck while its hind legs were dangling over the water. So that the experience of the cycles of life and death, beginning and endings, are well seated within our DNA. But how does the Bible define what we call the end of days, not just generally as of the end of the age, but our personal end as well? Psalm 39:4 “Lord, make me to know my end, and what is the measure of my days, that I may know how frail I am.” David’s prayer gives us great insight as to why we humans are either fascinated, fearful, or willfully indifferent, to the awareness of the end of things as we know them. How many times are we reminded of our mortality? How many times do we ignore it? At the heart of David’s prayer was the cognitive reality that to ignore our personal mortality reduces our ability to prepare ourselves, and our posterity, for the end of the age that will one day come upon the final generation of humans that will live to see that day. David strongly implies that knowing about his personal mortality as well as the duration of his days while here on the earth, would make him more sensitive to the frailty of life. Now here is the implication, it is extremely hard for us humans to really value human life if we are not fully aware of the value of our own life. How do we react to news that a flood or a landslide killed hundreds of people on a far away distant land? First thought that comes to mind is, those things are always happening to those people out there. How do we react when a tragedy like that happens in our own neck of the woods? New York city is still three thousand miles from where I lived in September 11, 2001 and yet I felt, and I still feel, like I was right there when that tragedy happened. Now why is that? Because when we are personally affected by an event that causes many lives to perish, their death becomes more real to us. And that is the idea that Psalm 39 is trying to convey to us. Listen to what it was that caused David to ask God to give him the revelation of: Make me to know my end. Psalm 39:2-3 “I was mute with silence, I held my peace (became indifferent) even from good; and my sorrow was stirred up. My heart was hot within me; while I was musing (just thinking about it), the fire burned. Then I spoke with my tongue (took action).” Wow! What a powerful description of what moved him. First David said to himself, I am going to keep my mouth shut, I don’t care if it is good or bad, I’m just going to stay out of it. Isn’t that what so many of us do today? Society is going to hell in a hand basket all around us, so many are dying of drug overdose, so many others are shot dead on a daily basis, and well, we just feel so helpless that we tell ourselves to ignore it, for after all, there is nothing that we can really do about it, or so we feel. Then David said that his sorrow was stirred up, what was it that caused David’s sorrow to be moved? He said that while he was just sitting around thinking about the situation and doing nothing, the fire burned. There are two ways to interpret that, one is that while we sit around and muse and do nothing, the fire continuous to rage and consume all around us unopposed, inflicting a heavy toll on society. The other way to interpret that is, that while we are witnessing the heavy toll on life that our indifference is in some way aiding and abetting, it is what causes our inward fire to burn that moves us to do something. What David did was he prayed. Prayer is recognition that we ourselves are unable to change the situation by our own mortal means. It is amazing to me that David in his prayer did not ask God to give him strength to deal with the situation that he was too weak to handle, instead he asked God to reveal to him his weaknesses to the utter most, for this is what David say: That I may know how frail I am. This is so amazing, because it defies human logic. How is me knowing how weak in reality I really am is going to solve the situation? There is a Scripture parallel that applies here I believe, and it is found in the entire book of the prophet Habakkuk. Habakkuk 1:2-4 “O Lord, how long shall I cry, and You will not hear? Even cry out to You, ‘Violence!’ And you will not save. Why do you show me iniquity, and cause me to see trouble? For plundering and violence are before me; there is strife, and contention arises. Therefore the law is powerless, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; therefore perverse judgment proceeds.” Habakkuk was a righteous Israelite man who lived among the sinful people of the nation of Israel of that time. He is praying to God, and he is asking God why He is not answering his prayer, Habakkuk tells God that he is even pointing out the wrongdoing that he sees when he cries out publicly, Violence! Back in Bible days it was customary to cry out publicly, or to publish, when something bad was happening that could affect those around them. In the case of a leprous person having to pass near anyone else that was not infected with leprosy, the victims of leprosy were required by law to cry out loudly, Unclean! Unclean! To warn those around then not to come in close contact with them. In the same manner when a sin was being perpetrated against another in the nation of Israel, it was required of the Israelites to expose the wrong doing publicly, and that is what Habakkuk is saying to God he did, to no avail. Then Habakkuk says this to God: Why do you show me iniquity, and cause me to see trouble? Basically, Habakkuk is saying, Lord if You are not going to answer my prayer of action against lawlessness, why then do you allow me to witness so much evil? After all, if you do not answer my prayer, there is absolutely nothing that I can do about the wrong that is all around me. However, God is trying to teach Habakkuk what David already knew and was teaching us on Psalm 39. Habakkuk 1:5 “Look among the nations and watch—be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it was told you.” So, God takes the prophet Habakkuk into a vision of the near future and reveals to him what dreadful end the nation of Israel has coming because of all their sinfulness that they refused to repent from. Habakkuk is in shock when he witnesses first-hand what the utter devastation of all those around him will be. However what troubles him the most is the way in which God executes judgment on Israel. I guess Habakkuk expected some holy and righteous nation to be used by God to judge his faltering nation, but instead God uses a nation that is far worse, as far as sinfulness and cruelty is, than Israel ever was, to judge them. This is how God describes the nation that He will use to judge Israel for all their sinfulness that they have committed against Him. Habakkuk 1:7 “They are terrible and dreadful; their judgment and their dignity proceed from themselves.” So that Habakkuk’s prayer changes in emphasis, instead of saying how bad the Israelites really are that lived all around him, now he is asking God how can you use a nation that is far worse than Israel could have ever been to judge us? And then this is what Habakkuk says: Habakkuk 2:1 “I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart, and watch to see what He will say to me, and what I will answer when I am corrected.” Then God takes Habakkuk into a vision of the future end of days, when the entire earth, along with all the nations, will be judged by God for all their ungodly acts that they have committed against Him. The experience is so traumatic that Habakkuk finally realizes that the judgments of God for the end of days are so completely dreadful, that he now understands how frail human life truly is, and instead of feelings of inadequacy and helplessness, or complaining about all the wrong that was all around him, instead he realizes that the only hope for all humans lies in God’s mercy. Habakkuk 3:2 “O Lord, I have heard Your speech and was afraid; O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years! In the midst of the years make it known; In wrath remember mercy.” David’s prayer was: Make me to know my end, and what is the measure of my days, that I may know how frail I am. Notice how the prayer of Habakkuk mirrors what the prayer of David was, Revive Your work in the midst of the (my) years. I believe that there are no humans that have ever experienced how dreadful the judgments of the end of days are, and who have not prayed this prayer in earnest: Dear Lord, IN THE DAY OF YOUR WRATH, REMEMBER MERCY! We are living in the midst of dire and difficult days, to say the least, for lawlessness and perversion are rampant everywhere we look. But let our prayer emphasis change from, God look at all the evil that is all around us, when are You going to judge it? To the New Testament revelation that says, the more that sins abo unds, the more that the grace of God abounds. Let us see what is going on all around us as an opportunity to usher in the grace of God. And we can pray that prayer "in wrath remember mercy" sincerely, only if we have felt the heart of God in this matter. For our God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. That is why Jesus went to the cross.
